Molto spesso sentendo dire che un prodotto è di alta qualità si è indotti a pensare che tale prodotto sia lussuoso e quindi costoso.
Il concetto di alta qualità è invece differente ed indica piuttosto la costanza delle caratteristiche del prodotto ed il fatto che chi lo acquista ne consideri il valore per sé correttamente proporzionato al prezzo speso.
Definire la qualità in questo modo ci permette di paragonare prodotti e servizi altrimenti non confrontabili. Sarebbe, ad esempio, difficile mettere sullo stesso piano una utilitaria con una lussuosa berlina. Bisogna però ricordarsi che esse vengono acquistate per scopi diversi da persone che hanno possibilità economiche differenti.
In ogni caso quando i clienti sono soddisfatti, in proporzione a ciò che hanno speso, l'auto è di buona qualità.
Questo è il principio guida del gruppo TOP CHOICE.
Ne fanno parte strutture ricettive di livelli differenti, alcune più raffinate e altre più semplici, ma tutte caratterizzate dall'avere incontrato il favore dei propri clienti come testimoniato sui siti di recensione indipendenti o su quelli delle agenzie di prenotazione.

Very often, when it is told that a product is of "high quality", one might think that it is a luxury and expensive one.
Indeed, the definition of quality is different as it is related to consistent characteristics and to the fact that the buyer finds the value of the product correctly proportional to the paid price,
This definition of quality allows to compare products and services that, otherwise, con not be compared. For example, it would be difficult to compare a city car and a luxury sedan. However we need to remind that they are bought by people having different needs and budget.
In any case if both customers are satisfied, proportionally to what they spent, that means that both care are of high quality.
That is the founding principle of the TOP CHOICE group.
The group includes accommodation of different levels, some more refined and simpler ones, but all characterized by having met the favor of their customers as witnessed on independent review sites or those of the booking agents.
